GOBMC Chef Wins Regional Culinary Competition

Congratulations to GOBMC member, Chef, Professor, and all around cool guy, Robert Strickland, who recently won first place in the American Culinary Federation Central Regional Competition in Indianapolis. How did he do it? With his signature "Ozark Inside-Out Stuffed Cabbage with Piccalilli Relish," which you can select from the menu at Keeter Center in Point Lookout.

Robert goes to Anaheim in August for the Nationals. Maybe he can come by the car show the week before in Carthage and help us with the burgers on the grill!
